Now here lies another story
. . . John and Sue Ballinger came to our
kennel to use Raffles on their lovely headed bitch Glenfall Hit the Heights
to Tynteville (a Grouse daughter). However, we were on holiday at the
time and Raffles didnt take a shine to their little girl so they
decided to mate her with Mitchum.
The resultant litter produced three flashy dogs that all looked interesting
and we asked if any of them were for sale. Sue and John had promised one
of these pups to Peter Perrett and when he decided on his choice there
was a very dark, stylish boxer puppy dog for sale which we again went
to see and liked and brought him home - he became known as Fletcher.
Fletcher's third and qualifying CC was awarded by Di Johnson of the famous
Dicarl (Great Dane) affix.
He also won the prestigious Pedigree Chum Champion Stakes final at .a
General Ch. Show under Carl Johnson
